Exchange / Return and Refund Policy
1. www.action.in.th Accept to exchange / return the product within 7 working days since the customer has received the product if it exceeds that date and time. The company reserves the right not to exchange / return products.
2. Customers can request to change / return the product by the customer must notify via Email action.in.th@gmail.com 24 hours a day with proof of purchase. Which customers can exchange / return products according to the following cases
2.1 The image file sent does not match the sample file that the customer has purchased.
2.2 The image file cannot be viewed with various image viewer.
3. www.action.in.th We reserve the right not to accept the return of the product in any case, such as the customer is not satisfied with the product. Or the customer ordered the wrong product
4. www.action.in.th We reserve the right to exchange products under the policy and conditions as specified by the company only.
Refund Policy
The company will refund the cost of the product to the customer. In the event that the company is unable to deliver the product as the customer ordered, the product refund period is as follows:
1. In case the customer makes a full payment or installments via a credit card of a commercial bank registered in Thailand, the money will be refunded back to the credit card that the customer used for payment. It takes approximately 30 working days from the date the customer has notified via E-mail, depending on the credit card cutting cycle of the customer's bank.
2. The company reserves the right to refund the money beyond the specified period. If there is a force majeure
3. The company reserves the right to change any terms without prior notice.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order only when it is still in a Processing state. We will respond to cancellation requests made via the provided call or Line or facebook fanpage or Email.
Repeat order
In the event that you have made a repeat purchase due to your own fault or due to a system / network error, please contact us before the order has been shipped. We will use reasonable efforts to process the cancellation of a duplicate order for you.
